SHIPPING POLICY

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

• Once your team store is closed, it will take 2-3 weeks to customize your items.
• Once your items are customized, they will ship directly to you! Shipping estimates vary, but can take anywhere from 3-5 business days.

• UPS deliveries occur Monday-Friday and USPS deliveries occur Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.
• UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
• Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped.
• Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.
• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
• All orders are subject to sales tax based on the state the order is being shipped to.
• International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT) by default.  There is an option to select shipping that DOES include duties, VAT, and other international taxes, which is clearly designated in the specific shipping option. All prices listed are in USD.
