Refund policy

Return Policy:

We allow returns if a product is incorrect or malfunctioned within 30 days of the ship date.

We do not allow returns if a name is spelled wrong due to incorrect website input.

If you request a refund for returned, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by 1st Phorm Athletics. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.  If you need help with your order, email support@1stphormathletics.com and we will take care of you!
